The British In Vitro Diagnostics Association (BIVDA) is the national association for the manufacturers and distributors of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) products in the UK. We currently represent nearly 250 members, ranging from British start-up companies to UK subsidiaries of multinational corporations.

All IVD companies, irrespective of their national origin, are eligible to become members and to nominate individuals for office.

BIVDA offers three different types of membership; Full, Associate and Overseas.

Membership Requirements	Full	Associate	Overseas
A Full Member shall be an organisation with a presence in the UK manufacturing and/or supplying in vitro diagnostics products.
An Associate Member shall be a corporation, limited company, firm or business that supplies services or goods to the Members of BIVDA or related to the in vitro diagnostics industry.
An Overseas Associate Member shall be a corporation, limited company, firm or business whose place of business is situated outside of the United Kingdom.
